🎬 Birthday Parties at Bouler House Cinema! Make their birthday extra special with a movie party at BHC! 🍿 What's Included? - Movie admission for **12 people** (plus one free parent to supervise). - 1 popcorn, 1 small drink, and 1 Halloween-size treat per person, for 12. - 1 hot dog, and 1 juice box per person, for 12. - **1 hour in our fabulous Party Room** before or after the movie to enjoy cake and open presents! *Please note: The party room booking does not include exclusive use or closure of the games room.* 💳 Deposit & Booking Policy A **$50 deposit is required at least 7 days before your event** to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, your party will be cancelled. Please book carefully and ensure your party room time slot is scheduled directly before or after your selected movie. We recommend inviting your guests to arrive **15–30 minutes before the movie starts** to allow enough time to collect snacks, purchase tickets if needed, and find their seats. **Important:** Everyone watching the movie must have a valid movie ticket. 🎂 Cake & Party Supplies You're welcome to bring your own: - Store-bought cake or cupcakes from a business bakery - Candles - Plates, napkins, and spoons For the safety of children with food allergies and to meet our insurance requirements, **homemade cakes and cupcakes are not permitted.** All cakes and cupcakes must come from a business bakery that carries its own insurance (e.g., Metro or Costco). We may ask to see your receipt as proof of purchase. 🍕 Pizza & Outside Food Policy Pizza is permitted in the party room **only when delivered directly to the theatre**. (This prevents cross-contamination and allergy concerns). A **$5 insurance fee** will be added to your invoice. Sorry, **no other outside food is permitted.** 🎉 Ready to Celebrate?
