Can I bring in outside food, drinks and/or cake?"You may bring in store-bought cake from any reputable business with insurance. You may also bring in meals from our pre-approved Vendors: Harvey's and Swiss Chalet, in Napanee. Other items like Chips, Popcorn, Candy Bars, Nacho's and Cheese, Hot Dogs, Bottled Water, Juice Boxes, Coffee, Tea, Slushies and Soda Pop are available through our concession stand. All other food and drinks are prohibited for insurance purposes. For Hot Dogs, please contact us 24 hours in advance at theatrenapanee@gmail.com with your order, (unless you have purchased/reserved a package with these items already :)

Can I pick whatever movie I want?You can pick one of the two movies we are showing on the date you are booking. We are unable to play special or older movies for a birthday party.

Do I need to pay in advance for my party?A deposit of $50 (depending on your group size) is required 7 days in advance to keep your spot. The full balance is required 3 days prior to your event.

How far in advance should I book?We reccomend that you reserve your event as soon as you have chosen a date, as once the movie listings are posted, we tend to book up fast. You can book up to 4 months in advance, but do not have to put a deposit on your booking until a week before, leaving time to confirm if the movies playing are a fit for your group. We do have a 72-hour cancellation policy as well.

How many party rooms do you have and how many people fit?We have two party rooms tables. Both are adjacent to the Games Room and can comfortably seat 8-10 people, with standing room. This space is also wheelchair accessible.

What happens if someone in my group has an allergy?Anyone with an allergy can bring in their own home-made cupcake for personal consumption. Please advise us of any allergies you are aware of.
